RECLAIM REST - RESTore YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM - MOVE AT A HUMAN PACE
The Slow Return.
An Antidote to Urgency.
Does slowing down feel unsafe in your body?
This may be a sign that your nervous system has been living in overdrive.
Modern life asks us to move faster than our biology can tolerate. Packed schedules, chronic stress, cultural pressure to produce, and constant stimulation keep the nervous system on high alert.
Over time, this makes it difficult to slow down, rest deeply, or feel safe enough to stop - even when you’re exhausted.
Rest becomes something your system resists…even though it’s exactly what you need.
About 1 in 5 adults (20.4%) worldwide feel generally fatigued.
According to recent data, a significant portion of adults do not get the amount of rest required to regulate daily stress and anxiety.
But this isn’t because people don’t know they need rest.
It’s because their nervous systems were never taught how to downshift safely.
THE SOLUTION:
You can’t think your way into regulation
or try harder to slow down.
You must include the body.
Because when we work with the nervous system through the body, we don’t just reduce stress - we reshape survival patterns at their root.
The Slow Return : An Antidote to Urgency is a live, body-based program that offers real tools to understand your nervous system, interrupt chronic stress patterns, and build a relationship with rest that feels safe and sustainable.
Through somatic awareness, gentle movement, creative body-mapping, and nervous system education, this course guides you through practices that support regulation without forcing calm or collapse.
This is not a quick fix - it’s a relational, embodied approach to lasting change.
If you nod yes to these questions, this course can help you tremendously.

What Makes This Course Different?
ROOTED IN SOMATIC LINEAGE
This course is grounded in movement-based somatic therapy, expressive arts, and nervous system education, not trends or hacks.
The work is experiential, relational, and rooted in decades of embodied practice.
You won’t just learn about regulation.
You’ll practice it in your body.
PRACTICE OVER PERFORMANCE
This is not about pushing yourself to relax or performing “calm.” Every practice is invitational, choice-based, and designed to build capacity rather than overwhelm.
We move at the speed of safety, so change can actually last.
LIVE, HELD, HUMAN
This is a live, facilitated group experience - not a passive, prerecorded course. The container is intentionally small, allowing for attunement, pacing, and nervous-system–aware guidance throughout the process.
You are not doing this alone.
The Benefits You’ll Experience:
Greater Capacity for Rest: Slowing down feels safer and more accessible
Increased Regulation: Less reactivity, more internal steadiness
Reduced Stress & Anxiety: Without forcing calm
Clearer Internal Signals: Knowing what your body needs in real time
Long-Term Tools: Skills that extend far beyond the program

FAQs
Is this course suitable for someone with chronic stress, anxiety, or burnout?
Yes. This course is designed to support people living with chronic stress, anxiety, and nervous system overwhelm. The practices are gentle, trauma-informed, and invitational. They are meant to complement other forms of support you may already be using, but this course is not a replacement for medical or mental health care.
Do I need prior experience with somatic work, movement, or art?
No prior experience is needed. This course is accessible to beginners and experienced practitioners alike. You’ll be guided step by step, with an emphasis on listening to your body rather than doing anything “right.”
What if I can’t attend a live session?
Once you purchase the course, you’ll have lifetime access to the PDF, guided meditations, playlist, and all the tools, so you can return to them whenever you need support.
What if slowing down feels uncomfortable or activating for me?
That’s very common - and part of why this work exists. We move slowly, build capacity over time, and prioritize choice and pacing. You’re never asked to push past your limits or force relaxation.
How long will it take before I notice a difference?
Many people notice subtle shifts - such as increased awareness, moments of ease, or improved rest - within the first few sessions. Lasting change comes from practicing gently and consistently over time, rather than trying to “fix” things quickly.
